Whether you’re a lifelong Kate Bush fan or you’ve never danced a step in your life, you’re welcome.
This wonderfully dramatic, low-pressure community event brings people together to dress in red, learn a few simple moves and recreate Kate Bush’s iconic dance together, find joy, and bring some light to the dark days of winter!
No dance experience required. Participation over perfection is very much the vibe.
❤️ WHAT TO EXPECT
• Optional community workshops in the lead-up (stay tuned for more info!)
• A couple of practice run-throughs on the day
• One gloriously dramatic group performance
• Lots of laughter, connection, and mid-winter joy
The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever! all started back in 2013 in Brighton, UK, by the awesome @shambushevents. It has since become a worldwide phenomenon, with thousands of people in cities around the globe donning red dresses and dancing together.
Last seen in Pōneke in 2016, we’re bringing it back!
