Bathe in the magic of the Full Moon with a 75-minute nourishing journey of breath, gentle movement, meditation, and sound. In this monthly gathering, you’ll be guided through simple breathwork practices to calm the mind, soft stretches to release tension, and a restful sound bath featuring a variety of instruments—crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and more.
This class is designed for all bodies and abilities—no prior experience is needed. You’re welcome just as you are. Come as you are, settle in, and allow the vibrations of sound and the rhythm of your breath to restore balance, invite deep relaxation, and open space for renewal under the glow of the moon.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and anything you need to be comfortable. We'll do the rest!
