Each year, our Middle School students choose a micro-economy project to gain experience running a business and managing money. The Montessori Market is one of these projects that has become a favorite and is held every two years. Everything you will find at the Market booths is made and sold by the students. In addition to the booths, they will also be hosting a community yard sale. The students have worked together to create a memorable shopping experience complete with tasty treats and a menagerie of arts & crafts. The Montessori Market is sure to have something for everyone!Market proceeds will go to new items for the classroom and charities chosen collectively by the students. Past beneficiaries include Louisiana Methodist Children’s Home and Heifer International.
