As we expand our awareness beyond the limitations of the mind, we begin to understand that reality is not just what we see, but what we feel, sense, and know deep within. This shift in perspective opens the door to greater peace, clarity, and connection ~ allowing us to navigate life with more love, purpose, and presence. The more we explore, the more we remember who we truly are. I invite you to bring a journal to gently capture any thoughts, insights, or experiences that may arise during these meditations.
Originally from Massachusetts, Jessica, moved to Virginia in 2010, drawn by a deep calling to serve others and, of course, the warmer weather. As a Clairsentient Empath, her passion for healing led to a 15-year career in healthcare, specializing in Nuclear Medicine and brain SPECT scanning at The Amen Clinics before transitioning into healthcare technology. Now collaborating with The Monroe Institute®, she helps others explore consciousness through meditation and advanced sound technology. Jessica began her meditation practice in 2019, deepening her understanding of self-discovery and transformation. She shares specialized Hemi-Sync® and Monroe Sound Science™ audio technology in her sessions, guiding others to unlock their fullest potential and connect with their most authentic selves.
