The Misinformation Bill: Single Arbiter of Truth?

While these laws aim to curb the spread of false information and protect public discourse, they also raise significant concerns about freedom of speech, the fallibility of bodies assigned to determine what is true, and the potential for governmental overreach in efforts to fortify prescribed narratives which serve particular ideological objectives.
