A free 90-minute workshop to explore how stress, presence & values-based decisions shape your lifestyle and how to create meaningful change.
Join us for a free in-person workshop centered around intentional living, self-awareness, and holistic personal growth.
In a culture that promotes busyness and burnout, many of us move through life in a constant state of tension: navigating stress, struggling to be present, and unsure how to shift into something more sustainable. This highly interactive session offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters.
Led by certified Master Health & Wellness Coach and Sound Therapist Jessica Kirschner of , The Mindful Reset Workshop is a coaching-informed experience designed to help you explore:
→ What “living with intention” really means and how to start defining it for yourself
→ How values-based decision-making creates structure for behavioral change
→ How chronic stress shows up across your body, behavior, and beliefs
→ Why building mind-body connection is key to managing stress and shaping a life that feels like your own
The Experience Includes:
⇢ A grounding sound bath experience to reset your nervous system
⇢ Guided reflection + journaling
⇢ Optional group discussion
⇢ A short educational teaching on intrinsic motivation and the science of behavioral change
⇢ A gentle invitation to explore private coaching for those interested in deeper support
This workshop is ideal for anyone ready to explore what’s next in their personal growth, mental wellbeing, or lifestyle habits and how intentionality can become a way of life.
You are welcome to come as you are. No pressure to speak or share, though opportunities to engage will be offered. Light refreshments will be served.
This event is free, but space is limited to 12 participants. Please register only if you can attend. If your plans change, kindly release your spot.
The workshop will meet at The Rookwood Pottery Building in Mt. Adams, Cincinnati. Studio is on the 2nd floor. Elevator not available. Free parking lot.
We are excited to co-create this space with you. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in. To maintain the integrity of the workshop, we close the doors promptly at the starting time.
