Pour into your Sunday with intention.The Mindful Pour is a guided sensory experience, blending gentle yoga and the art of pour-over coffee. Designed for both coffee enthusiasts and curious beginners, this workshop invites you to slow down and savour the process.
We’ll begin with some grounding, gentle yoga to awaken the body and steady the breath. Expect slow, intentional movement, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation that will set the stage for space and presence. No prior experience required.
From there, we shift into a hands-on pour-over brewing session. Together, we’ll move step by step from grinding freshly roasted beans to crafting a beautifully balanced cup.
Once brewed, we settle in for a guided mindful tasting. You won't just taste the coffee, you will notice it. The warmth in your hands. The shift in your breath. The subtle rise of energy. The way presence changes flavor.
You’ll explore aroma, texture, temperature, and subtle flavour notes while tuning into the somatic experience of drinking coffee with full attention.
Each session features thoughtfully selected, locally roasted beans, offering a unique sensory experience every time.
