Step away from the screen and into a day of intention, calm, and connection. Led by Licensed Professional Counselors Shanice Veasey and Lauryn Green, this one-day retreat offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reset.We’ll begin with a screen-free lunch and community connection, followed by an engaging seminar on digital wellness and mindfulness. The afternoon includes guided meditation, a peaceful mindfulness walk, and a reflective closing session to help you integrate what you’ve learned.Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected—to yourself and the world around you.
