A Free 1-Hour Breath & Meditation Workshop
Your day may end. But does your mind?

The laptop closes. The meetings stop. The house becomes quiet.

Yet the mind keeps going: replaying conversations, planning tomorrow, solving problems and occasionally revisiting something embarrassing from 2017. 😊

You may feel physically tired but mentally alert. You may sleep, but not always wake up feeling restored. You may take a break, yet still carry the tension of the day with you.

Stress, overthinking, low energy and restless sleep can feel like separate challenges. But they may be more connected than they appear.

The Mind Reset Series is a free, interactive one-hour workshop exploring how the breath can influence your state of mind, energy, emotions and ability to unwind.

This is not simply a talk about meditation. You will experience simple, guided breathing and meditation practices and notice what can shift when the mind is given a genuine opportunity to settle.


In this one-hour workshop, you will:
  • Explore why the mind can remain active even when the body is tired
  • Understand the connection between breath, stress, emotions, energy and rest
  • Experience a simple guided breathing practice
  • Participate in a short, accessible meditation
  • Discover practical ways to move from “always on” toward greater calm and clarity
  • Learn how breath and meditation can support resilience and overall well-being
  • Be introduced to SKY Breath Meditation and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation
  • Have an opportunity to ask questions about the Art of Living Premium Program

This workshop may be for you if:

What makes this workshop different?

Most of us try to calm the mind by using the mind: telling ourselves to relax, stop thinking, be positive or simply let things go.

The mind, naturally, has a few thoughts about that too. 😊

This workshop offers a different starting point: the breath.

The breath changes with every emotion and state of mind. Through simple guided experiences, you will explore how working consciously with the breath can create greater awareness, ease and inner steadiness.

There is no complicated philosophy and no need to force the mind to become quiet. Just practical guidance, personal experience and an opportunity to discover what works for you.


An introduction to two powerful practices

You will also be introduced to two signature practices offered through the Art of Living Premium Program:

  • SKY Breath Meditation, traditionally known as Sudarshan Kriya
  • Sahaj Samadhi Meditation, an effortless, mantra-based meditation practice

The complete practices will not be taught during this introductory workshop. You will learn what they are, explore the principles behind them and discover how they are experienced as part of the full Premium Program.


What to expect

This is a relaxed, welcoming and interactive experience that includes:

  • Practical insights about the mind, breath and emotions
  • A simple guided breathing experience
  • A short guided meditation
  • Time for personal reflection
  • An introduction to SKY Breath Meditation and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation
  • Questions and information about the Premium Program

No prior experience with meditation, breathing practices or yoga is required.

You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to sit on the floor. And you certainly do not need to arrive with a perfectly quiet mind. If you already had that part mastered, we would simply admire you from a respectful distance. 😊

Chairs will be provided. No yoga mat or special equipment is required.
