About this Event
The Malabar Coast is a narrow, picturesque strip of southwestern India, lying between the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats mountains. Spanning states from Goa to Kanyakumari, this region is historically renowned as a major, ancient spice trade hub and is characterised by its tropical climate, lush green landscape, beaches, and backwaters.
Known for a thriving spice trade (especially pepper), attracting Egyptians, Romans, Arabs, and Europeans. Vasco da Gama arrived here in 1498, initiating Portuguese influence. This coast has a lot of stories and history to tell, and Chef Kanthi will share them that evening through his curated 6-plate menu, complemented by a curated cocktail and wine list (not included in the price) from the expert team at Plateau.
Come and enjoy this unique storytelling-dining experience in a very beautiful and intimate set-up.
Due to the nature of the event, we will not be able to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions.
