👉Entries can be solo or pairs
👉£20 per person - this must be paid to myself or Team MF before your timeslot can be secured at MFHQ - due to the mess of cancellations etc last time this is non-refundable!
👉Timeslots will be on the board in the gym from tomorrow onwards!
