The Men's Circle is an opportunity for men to create healthy and friendly connections with one another. This is a safe space for men to talk about their issues in a healthy environment among other men and unlearn some of the traditional values that often cause disconnection in our relationships, family dynamics, and even work life.

This months topic is Shame. We will be looking at ways to identify shame, and how shame affects masculinity. Lastly, we will be exploring ways to confront shame in our everyday lives.

- This is a confidential container (Vegas Rules)

- This intentional space is BIPOC and Queer friendly. It is open to all who identify as male.
