I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and have been Training Clients for over 25 years. I believe in meeting women where they are and finding the best way possible to incorporate a Healthy Lifestyle into their current flow of everyday life. I like to keep it simple, real world, easy, and fun. I am also a Girls Gone Strong Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and am driven to help women navigate their way through this transition with science based factual data so they can make informed decisions about what is right for them based on their values, ideals, and belief systems.
