The Menopause Meet | Nutricore Health @ PATCH, Chelmsford

Come along for a new monthly peri/menopause drop in clinic, led by registered nutritional therapist and health coach Marie Frost, of Nutricore Health. This new monthly clinic will be held on Friday, 20th December 2024, across lunchtime from 12-2pm. Hot drinks included.

Have a burning question about peri/menopause? In this safe and supportive space, no question is off-limits! Whether you're curious about symptoms, treatments or lifestyle-tips, come ask, share and learn. Everyone is welcome.

This is the first session, Marie will be holding these monthly clinics at PATCH on the third Friday of every month. Conveniently located next to Nandos and Fete at 5-6 Grays Yard, Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6QR, our venue is fully accessible, with ample parking just a short walk away.
