The Menopause Conversation: Empowering Women in Leadership

M+A Partners and Mills & Reeve are pleased to invite you to a Menopause Awareness Evening for women in leadership.

Join us at The Forum, Norwich, for an empowering and informative evening designed specifically for women in senior leadership roles navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause.

Hosted in partnership with Norfolk Menopause, this event will feature keynote talks from Mr. Tim Duncan, Mr. Paul Simpson, Dr. Hannah Healy, Dr. Emily Cary, and Dr. Susanne Ahulund. They will share expert insight on:

• Recognising the signs and symptoms: brain fog, mood changes, decision-making difficulties, and more.
• Understanding the impact on professional performance and leadership confidence.
• Knowing when and how to seek help and how to access it.

Ainslie Wilson-Shearer from Mills & Reeve will talk about some of the strategies that have been put in place at Mills & Reeve to help people navigate the symptoms and impact of menopause, and plans for the future.
