This is simply a friendly coffee and chat for people experiencing menopause, perimenopause, postmenopause, or anyone who wants to feel less alone and more connected.
Come as you are — tired, wired, shimmering aggressively, or absolutely fine but in need of cake.
Booking is essential as we’ll have a specific area cornered off for us, and spaces need to be managed so everyone has somewhere to sit comfortably.
