About Your Instructor:
Brooke Lahnan is a certified meditation teacher with four years of daily practice. She has attended multiple meditation retreats, including 2 short courses and 3 intensive Vipassana courses. Her personal journey with meditation has helped reverse negative mental habits, and she’s passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of consistent mindfulness.
