The Medicine of Breath, Tea & Sound a Women's Circle

Join Leighanna Gardner and Tallulah Kidd for a nourishing women’s circle designed to bring you back into alignment with yourself.

✨ Leighanna will guide us through Osho Chakra Breathing, a dynamic practice that awakens and balances the energy centers of the body.

❤️Tallulah will lead a tea blending ritual, inviting us to connect with the healing wisdom of plants.

🎶 Together, Tallulah and Leighanna will offer a deeply restorative sound healing journey, with crystal placed on the body and layered sound vibrations to support release and renewal.

🌈This circle is a sacred space to come home to your body, your breath, and your spirit—while connecting in community with women on the same path of healing and awakening.

🌿 Location & What to Bring

We’ll be gathering outside, weather permitting, to fully connect with nature and the elements. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the circle into Tallulah’s cozy tea house. Please dress comfortably for movement and the outdoors, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to sit on.
