In the Portland area, we are surrounded by a wealth of medicinal plants. Chances are that you’re already growing some in your garden! Missy Rohs of the Arctos School of Herbal Studies (https://arctosschool.org/) will talk about some healing herbs that you likely see on a regular basis. We’ll cover when to harvest these plants, how to use them, and more!

***All classes at Stark this summer will be held in our veggie hoophouse, which is located in the yard of the nursery, near the trees and shrubs. It is a large greenhouse that functions as a covered outdoor area. If the weather is warm, we will have water available, but please remember to dress so that you are comfortable during the presentation.***
