The Meantime: Learning to Read (Again) with Graphic Novels

The Meantime is a group for overworked and zoned-out women that want to reclaim their time by finding hobbies and activities that inspire them.
This month, we are resetting our reading pile and looking for new genres to inspire, specifically graphic novels! Betty Bayer of Betty's Books will talk through the idea of "choice reading", how to read for relaxation and discovery, and help you find your next read among the shelves at her store.
Think you have no interest in graphic novels? More reason to be there! You might learn that your reading interests are more varied than it seems.
Light snacks will be provided and Betty's coffee and tea bar will be open until 7pm. Seating is limited!
