This meal prep tradition started with women of all walks ...elders, young women, single mothers, and more ... each bringing one meal to share. That one meal gets sectioned and divided among everyone present, so you leave with several meals of your own, prepared alongside women who showed up just like you.

This is a safe space for indigenous women right here in Arizona to grow, develop, and be seen. And it's open to any woman ready to be part of the mission ....whether you're here to learn, to connect, or simply to experience the sisterhood for yourself.
