This in-person workshop introduces the core principles of effective email marketing and shows you how to use Mailchimp to build, design and send newsletters with confidence. You will learn how to plan campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and manage your database in line with GDPR Regulations.

This practical workshop is designed to help you set up a Mailchimp account, create a branded template and apply your learning straight away. Bring your laptop so you can work on your email marketing campaign while we are together.

About your trainer
Shamshad Walker is a Marketing Consultant and Trainer. She has been supporting businesses for over 15 years and helps them to take control of their marketing. She has delivered training and one-to-one mentoring for the local Growth Hubs, as well as organisations including NatWest Bank, Nottingham Business Venture, Nottingham Trent University, the University of Leicester, and Local Councils. Her practical approach helps businesses build confidence, improve visibility and generate growth.
