About this Event
Managers set the tone for the teams they lead, with the ability to create friction or truly effective teams.
You’re invited to a roundtable discussion where learning leaders from across the Greater Boston area will explore the layers of leadership needed to develop high-performing global teams.
Anthony Greco, Director of Learning Solutions at Aperian, will guide the group in discussing common global team challenges and effective strategies to address them. We’ll cover key cross-cultural leadership capabilities and how to help managers lead with cultural awareness and agility.
Plus, there will be time to network and connect with other Learning and Development professionals.
You’ll leave with new strategies to support the teams at your organization:
- Uncover the culturally influenced patterns, assumptions, and missing perspectives that limit innovation within teams
- Decode the “why” behind behaviors that can hamper team productivity
- Equip team leads with strategies to build team connection virtually
