It has been over three years since I last hosted a Mamamuti Cacao Immersion. In that time, my work has deepened in ways I have never spoken about publicly before.

For the past few years, I have been quietly devoting myself to exploring something that has the
power to radically change how you experience your life:
Pleasure as a daily practice.
Not as indulgence.
Not as luxury.
But as a powerful biological pathway that supports a regulated nervous system, emotional
wellbeing, vitality, and aliveness.
This one-day immersion is the first Mamamuti event of its kind - a rare opportunity to explore the
anatomy of pleasure, the intelligence of your body, and how cacao, as an ancient superfood,
can support both.

This day is an invitation to rediscover just how much sensuality, vitality, magnetism, and
aliveness become available when you cultivate a relationship with pleasure.

Why Pleasure Matters
Most women move through life in a subtle but constant state of tension.
Holding everything together.
Managing responsibilities.
Caring for others.
Pushing through stress.
Living mostly from the mind.
Over time, this chronic state of alertness disconnects you from your body, and from the softer,
nourishing state of ease.

What many women don’t realise is that pleasure is not optional for your body.
Pleasure is a biological state that supports:
• nervous system regulation
• emotional wellbeing
• hormonal balance
• immune function
• vitality and energy
• connection to yourself and others
Yet many women go through their entire lives without ever discovering how much vibrancy and aliveness are directly connected to cultivating pleasure.
When you reconnect with pleasure, even in the smallest everyday moments, something
powerful begins to shift.
Your nervous system softens.
Your body becomes more receptive to life.
You feel more present
More connected
More creative
More alive in your everyday experience.

When Pleasure Disappears
Many women don’t realise that pleasure has slowly disappeared from their lives.
Not in dramatic ways.
But in quiet, everyday moments.
You may find yourself moving through your days mostly in your mind, planning, organising,
solving problems.
Your body is there, but you’re not really inside it.

Maybe it has been a long time since you felt deeply connected to simple things:
The warmth of the sun on your skin.
The taste of food.
The feeling of water on your body.
The quiet satisfaction of being fully present in a moment.

Sometimes this disconnection comes from years of stress, past trauma or pushing through life.
Sometimes it is connected to shame.
Shame disconnects you from your body.
From sensation.
From pleasure.
And when pleasure disappears, something else often disappears with it:
Your sense of aliveness.
But the beautiful truth is this:
Your body has never forgotten how to feel pleasure.
Those pathways still exist.
They simply need time, safety, and attention to reopen.
And when they do, many women are surprised by how quickly life begins to feel different.
More vibrant.
More present.
More alive.

The Anatomy of Pleasure
A central part of this immersion is understanding how pleasure actually works inside your body.

Together we will explore:
• what a pleasure practice is
• why pleasure is essential for a healthy nervous system
• what blocks your access to pleasure
• the connection between shame and disconnection from the body
• how pleasure influences hormones, mood, libido, vitality, and wellbeing

A daily pleasure practice is one of the most powerful non-prescriptive ways to support a
healthier nervous system.
When your nervous system becomes more regulated, your body begins to function differently.
Your immune system can work more efficiently.
Your gut often functions more optimally.
Inflammatory responses can soften.
Many women notice that autoimmune and inflammatory conditions respond favourably when the body spends more time in states of safety and pleasure.

This day will explore the anatomy of pleasure and how reconnecting with it can transform the
way you experience your body and your life.

The Intelligence of Cacao

Cacao is woven throughout the entire day as a beautiful and powerful ally.
Cacao is an ancient superfood, consumed for thousands of years for its rich nutritional properties and its ability to support mood, circulation, and wellbeing.

During the immersion you will learn:
• the origin story of cacao and the cultures who first valued it
• how cacao is grown, fermented, and prepared
• why pure cacao is profoundly different from commercial chocolate
• the science behind cacao and how it supports mood, circulation, and the nervous system
• how cacao beautifully supports pleasure practices and embodied connection
Even if you already consume cacao regularly, you will likely leave with an entirely new understanding of this extraordinary food.

Special Guest Experience

We will also be joined by an extra special expert guest whose expertise will guide you through
practices that support connection, embodiment, and nervous system regulation. Details of this segment will be revealed closer to the event, but it will be a rare opportunity to
experience something truly transformative alongside cacao and pleasure practices.

A Nourishing, Indulgent & Transformative Day

This immersion is designed to feel slow, deeply nourishing, and indulgent.

A full day where you can step away from your responsibilities and devote your attention to d your body.
Throughout the day we will:
• drink and eat delicious cacao together
• explore pleasure and embodiment practices
• learn about the anatomy of pleasure
• reconnect with sensation and aliveness
• share, reflect, and integrate
We will also be joined by an extraordinary private chef who will prepare a lunch that will truly
blow your tastebuds away.
The menu will hero cacao in both sweet and savoury dishes, offering a beautiful culinary experience that nourishes and delights the senses.

Make a weekend of it in Raglan…

This special experience will take place in beautiful Raglan. If you’re travelling from outside the area, this is the perfect opportunity to turn the immersion into
a weekend away.
Bring your girlfriends.
Bring your sister.
Bring your aunt.
Bring your daughter.
Bring your niece.
