The Mama Circle I Friday March 27th I Keeping the Joy Alive

Motherhood isn’t meant to be done in isolation. Join me and other mamas for a circle centered on connection, reflection, and shared support.

This circle's theme is: Me & My Child - how do I keep the joy alive?

Together, we’ll acknowledge the challenges of parenting while exploring ways to notice, create, and nurture moments of joy with our children.

What to Expect:

Each circle is intentionally small and capped at 8 participants to ensure a space of safety, depth, and meaningful connection. Our morning together includes:

• Guided reflection and structured sharing
• Journaling (please bring your favorite notebook and pen!)
• Embodied movement
• Light snacks and tea to nourish your body while we talk

The Flow:

• 9:15 AM: Soft arrival & settling in
• 9:30 AM: Our Circle begins
• 10:45 AM: Closing connection & community buffer

Important Details:

Location: Held in my home in La Jolla, near Marine St. Beach. The exact address will be sent in your confirmation email.

Children: To support your ability to be fully present, we encourage attending solo. However, nursing or non-mobile infants are always welcome. Please arrange care for toddlers and older children.
