The Mall: Holiday Night Market

Once upon a time, Downtown Brantford had a mall of its own.
For those who remember it, the former downtown mall holds plenty of memories. The decorations during the holidays.
Wandering from store to store. Meeting up with friends. Seeing familiar faces. Picking out gifts, grabbing a treat and spending an afternoon downtown.
And if you don’t remember it as a mall? That’s okay too.
This December, we’re taking over ONE MARKET LAURIER, inside Brantford’s former downtown mall, to create something entirely new while celebrating a little bit of what came before.
Introducing THE MALL: Holiday Night Market ✨
Saturday, December 12th
3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
ONE MARKET LAURIER | Downtown Brantford
Presented by the Downtown Brantford BIA
For one special night, this downtown landmark will come alive with local vendors and makers, food, live music, entertainment, seasonal activities, photo opportunities, surprises and plenty of holiday energy.
We’re taking inspiration from the classic mall experience of the 80s and 90s and giving it a Downtown Brantford twist for today.
For some, it will be a trip down memory lane.
For others, it will be a chance to experience this space in a way they never have before.
A place to shop local.
A place to gather.
A place to explore.
A place to make new memories in a building filled with old ones.
This isn’t just a market.
It’s a big holiday party inside Downtown Brantford’s former mall.
Whether this building brings back memories or you’re discovering its story for the first time, we can’t wait to welcome you.
The Mall is back for the holidays.
