Mains Castle, also known as Fintry Castle, is a prominent sixteenth-century tower house located in Dundee, Scotland. Built between 1562 and 1582 by Sir David Graham, the castle stands as a testament to Scotland’s turbulent history and aristocratic legacy.
The Graham family, notable figures in Scottish history, played a pivotal role in the region’s political and social development, with Mains Castle serving as a fortified residence amidst the shifting allegiances of the time.
