The Magic of Mushrooms

Hearty, versatile and delicious, mushrooms have it all. As another ingredient Jill absolutely loves, she’ll discuss the various types of mushrooms commonly found in grocery stores, as well as specialty mushrooms that are available. You’ll learn essential techniques for preparing different types of mushrooms and how they bring depth, texture and umami to different dishes.
