An intimate evening of education, connection & empowerment to help you navigate menopause with confidence, clarity & care.
About this Event

What if we could begin to see menopause not simply as something to endure, but as a meaningful transition to understand, honor, and even celebrate?

For far too long, menopause has been framed as a chapter of loss, discomfort, and decline. And while the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that accompany this transition can be very real (and sometimes incredibly challenging!), we believe women deserve a more empowering narrative. One rooted in knowledge, possibility, community, and a deeper understanding of their bodies.

Welcome to The Magic of Menopause.

Join us at The Living Room for an intimate evening dedicated to exploring, understanding, and supporting one of the most significant transitions in a woman's life.

Join Jacquelyn Miller, women’s functional health practitioner and founder of Rad Wellbeing, for an empowering and engaging evening.

Whether you're already navigating perimenopause or menopause, approaching this chapter, or simply curious about how to proactively support your body in the years ahead, this gathering is for you.

Together, we'll create space for honest conversation, shared experiences, meaningful education, and a little celebration of the extraordinary experience of being a woman.

What We'll Explore

Our educational conversation will take a holistic, evidence-informed approach to understanding menopause and the many ways we can support our bodies through this transition and beyond.

Topics will include:

  • Understanding the Transition: What's actually happening hormonally and physiologically during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, and why these changes can influence so many aspects of our health and well-being.
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Exploring the role of hormone therapy, potential benefits, risks, and considerations, and why there is no single right approach for every woman.
  • Nutrition & Supplementation: Foundational nutritional strategies and thoughtfully selected supplements that may support hormonal health, metabolism, energy, and long-term vitality.
  • Your Changing Body: Understanding shifts in metabolism, body composition, cardiovascular health, bone density, sexual wellness, temperature regulation, sleep, and more, along with practical ways to support these systems and changes.
  • Lifestyle Medicine for Longevity: The role of movement, strength training, nervous system regulation, restorative sleep, stress management, and other foundational practices in supporting health during and beyond menopause.
  • Preparing for the Transition: Why the years leading up to menopause matter, and how building a strong foundation early may help support a smoother transition.
  • Reframing Menopause: Moving beyond fear, frustration, and outdated cultural narratives toward a more compassionate, informed, and empowered relationship with our changing bodies.

Throughout our time together, there will be space for questions, meaningful conversation, and sharing our own experiences. No question is too small, and no experience needs to look like anyone else's.

More Than an Educational Evening

While we'll spend much of our time learning, this gathering is about more than information.

It's about remembering that women don't have to navigate these transitions alone.

We'll begin with an opportunity to connect and share, creating space for the experiences, questions, and stories that so often go unspoken.

And we'll close our evening with a gentle women's circle and restorative sound bath, offering a moment to honor our bodies, acknowledge all they've carried us through, and celebrate the wisdom and possibility that can accompany this next chapter.

Our hope is that you leave feeling informed, supported, connected, and perhaps even a little excited about what lies ahead.

Because menopause is not the end of your vitality, your femininity, or your capacity to thrive.

It's a new chapter. And you deserve to move through it with knowledge, confidence, and care.

Who Is This For?

Women in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause, as well as those who simply want to better understand and prepare for this transition.

You don't need to know where you are hormonally, have specific symptoms, or arrive with any prior knowledge. Just bring your curiosity, your questions, and yourself.

Come as you are. There is space for you here.

Please note: This gathering is intended for education, community, and general wellness support. Information shared is not a substitute for individualized medical guidance or treatment.
