Free Therapist Support Group at Be Free Healing Center

Given the heaviness of the times we are living through, I had the idea to start a free, monthly therapist support group -- help for the helpers; healing for the healers. We will do some combination of talking/venting/crying, mindfulness practice, maybe some light stretching or movement, possibly some form of healthy angering, some gongs and sound healing, maybe a boxing session sometime at another location...I am also always open to ideas!

I want to create a safe and open space for us therapists to come together and find grounding in community -- the resistance is in community. You can bring your own yoga mat, journal, pillow to scream into -- whatever. They also have mats and blankets there.

The group will meet on the first Friday of every month, from 10:30-11:30am. You can totally decide month to month. I will have a sign up each month, but you do not have to commit to joining on an ongoing basis.
