✨ Morning Yoga & Meditation: Start each day centered and peaceful with sessions led by me, Carol Cretella, a 20-year veteran yoga instructor.
✨ Nourish Your Body: Savor gourmet, farm-sourced meals lovingly prepared by my sister and co-host, Lena Staton, an amazing chef who caters to all dietary needs.
✨ Explore & Wonder: E-bike through the serene countryside to a 15th-century castle, hike to 13th-century ruins. Enjoy a luxury van tour of prehistoric caves, medieval villages, and breathtaking vistas. Relax on a boat tour of an astounding ancient village built on the steep mountainside next to the banks of the region’s major river.
✨ Deepen & Connect: Engage in women's sharing circles, introspection, journaling, and art workshops in truly inspirational settings.
