Kate will lead you through growing Rosemary and Dill to discover their origins, cultivation , varieties, how best to propagate and harvest them along with ideas for culinary uses. Sammie will guide you through the medicinal and traditional uses along with folklore and plant spirit medicine to give you a truly rounded picture of the plant and the magic within.
The 2.5 hour workshop will include :
Cultivation, harvesting, origin and varieties
Culinary suggestions
History, folklore, medicine and craft
A herb craft activity
Rosemary and dill tea and treats
Tea Meditation
Plant sensory connection and artistic expression of the plant
You will take home an informative worksheet, propagated plant or seedlings to grow on at home, your and craft creations!
