About this Event

The first half basks in the traditions of Christmas: timeless carols, rich choral music, and the elegant dances of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker, finishing with Leroy Anderson’s Sleigh Ride. After intermission, the program turns contemporary and playful. Expect the holiday hits and movie favorites everyone knows, from The Polar Express and Elf to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the rock-fueled Christmas Eve in Sarajevo.
