Oh! You there — yes, you! You’re cordially (and curiously) invited to a most important spring gathering: The Mad Hatter’s Sourdough Soirée!
We are hosting an Alice-inspired sourdough and floral experience where dough rises, flowers bloom, and confidence in baking begins. Step down the rabbit hole and into a hands-on adventure for all five senses.
During our time together, you’ll learn the foundations of sourdough in a simple, approachable way — building skills and confidence so you can continue baking beautiful bread long after this curious tea party has ended. You’ll mix, feel, shape, decorate, and bake your very own sourdough loaf in the venue’s oven!
But do mind the flowers… before you scurry off, you’ll also be guided by local florist, Nat with Nat’s Garden, to create your own whimsical bouquet to take home. Every proper tea party requires blooms, after all.
During this very merry gathering, you shall:
🍞 Learn how to make sourdough from start to finish while we make dough together
🥖 Decorate and bake a spring-inspired loaf
🫧 Feed your own sourdough starter to carry back to your curious kitchen
