Kicking off ADELAIDE FRINGE 2026, The MAC Band, Adelaide’s premier Fleetwood Mac Tribute Experience will be rocking the beloved Woodstock Wines, McLaren Vale, bringing their high energy, electrifying take on some of the most iconic rock songs of the 70s & 80s. Fleetwood Mac are one of the most influential rock bands of all time, formed in London in 1967. They evolved from a British blues outfit into a chart-dominating pop-rock band after the classic lineup emerged: Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham, Christine McVie, John McVie, and Mick Fleetwood.
Their 1977 album Rumours is among the best-selling albums ever, famed for immaculate songwriting and harmonies shaped by the band’s real-life relationships and breakups. Hits like “Dreams,” “Go Your Own Way,” “The Chain,” and “Don’t Stop” remain cultural touchstones.
Known for emotional depth, melodic craft, and enduring appeal across generations, Fleetwood Mac were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. And selected songs from Stevie Nicks’ remarkable solo career like “Edge of Seventeen” and “Talk To Me”.
