The Maricopa Arts Council is partnering with the U of A Maricopa Agricultural Center (get it? MAC at MAC? ha!) to bring more of the Arts and Culture to our fair city, as well as bring more awareness to what the University of Arizona's Maricopa Agricultural Center has to offer to our gorgeous community!
It's time to gather for the 4th MAC at MAC Gallery artworks!.

We are accepting ALL Art Forms. This Gallery is for Maricopa Artists (Ak-Chin included, of course! We will also accept works from the Stanfield area as well) and this event FREE to participate in.

** INFORMATION **
.
Submitted art will be judged in accordance with what the Agricultural Center and the Arts Council approves. Artists will be notified what works are accepted or what works are not.
This is an All-Ages Gallery, so...
.
-- ** Absolutely NO Grotesque, Obscene, Protest, or Artworks by Protected Classes (i.e. religious, political, etc.)** --
If you, or someone you know, may need a little encouragement getting their artwork out there, please send them our way!

** TIMES **
This is the fourth of many galleries we're hoping to hold at MAC. Tentatively, we're planning to do these Galleries Quarterly. So please allow for your Art to be on display for at least 2-3 months.

The Center is open Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm.
If these times don't work for you, please let us know. We will try to accommodate you, as our schedules permit.
**** ACCEPTED WORKS ****
Wall Art:
- For example: paintings, photographs, prints, weaves, decorative arts, drawings, illustrations, collages, designs etc.
ALL art installations to be hung with no-damage wall hangers of some kind. So please be aware of the weight of your pieces.
Sculptures:
--- Interior – The Center has 4 spots to place sculptures in the Breezeway, and 4 spots to place sculptures inside the Main Doorways. Eight ( total. These spaces will be locked and secured.
--- Exterior: Installations are welcomed! However, there is no security outside. So please be aware that the sculptures need to be secured at the artists discretion. There are 2 entryways.
--- Hanging: We have limited space for dangling pieces (such as chimes or macrame), and they are welcomed. Please be mindful of heights, as we don't want any damage to come to your pieces (or tall people. Ha!).
Pottery, Ceramics, & Glass:
We have a 12ft long table for displays. Please bring your own display materials – such as racks or stands.

Security:
All indoor artwork will be securely locked up inside the Agricultural Center. We trust that all outside installations will be secured by the artist.
