A Film That Breaks the Silence—A Gathering That Reclaims the Power
Menopause is more than just a biological shift—it’s a profound rite of passage. Yet, for too long, this transition has been met with silence, misinformation, and inadequate medical support. The M Factor documentary shines a light on the challenges people face during menopause, from the physical and emotional changes to the systemic gaps in healthcare. Through powerful interviews with doctors, workplace advocates, and people sharing their lived experiences, this film challenges outdated narratives and calls for a revolutionary approach to women's health.
But the conversation doesn’t stop there. Following the screening, we invite you into a circle—an open and supportive space to reflect, share, and reframe menopause not as an end, but as a new beginning.
What to Expect
Film Screening (1 hour): Watch The M Factor, a documentary that unpacks the myths, struggles, and untapped power of menopause.
Circle Discussion (60-90 min): A guided conversation where we’ll explore:
The unfolding of hormonal identity across the lifespan—from menarche, through cyclical living, and into menopause
How our relationship to our bodies, identities, and roles have shifted through each phase—and how menopause continues that evolution.
How physical symptoms can be viewed as invitations from the body—asking for attention, care, or release.
The cultural narratives around menopause—and how we might lovingly dismantle and rewrite them.
Grounding practices and nervous system regulation techniques to help support emotional steadiness and self-compassion during times of transition.
You’ll receive journaling prompts to deepen your reflection, and leave with practical tools to support this transition—gaining not only greater self-understanding and confidence, but also the powerful awareness that you are not alone, and part of a shared community.
Who Is This For?
This event is for anyone navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, as well as those who want to better understand and support the women in their lives. Whether you are in the midst of this change or preparing for it, this space is for learning, connection, and empowerment.
Join us in breaking the silence, reclaiming the narrative, and honoring menopause as the powerful transition it truly is.
