The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause (Perimenopause) is presented by Dr. Amy Hawkins, ND, MSCP with co-hosts Caroline Keeler, PT and Dr. Nadine Antonelli, MD, FACOG, MSCP.
We’re passionate about bringing you this film screening and conversation because we work with women every day who’ve been told that symptoms like exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, insomnia, weight gain, or simply feeling like something is “off” is normal and “just part of getting older.” We know this just isn’t true and that women can thrive in midlife with the right knowledge and support.
Perimenopause can begin as early as a woman's mid-30s and last up to a decade. Even though every woman will go through this transition, it still remains widely underdiagnosed and misunderstood. This evening event is a wonderful opportunity for you to gather in community, explore the truth around perimenopause, and then have a meaningful conversation and Q&A with your expert hosts. If you’ve been looking for clarity and guidance in this phase of life, then this event is for you!

Tickets start at $10 (sliding scale donation). Your ticket includes event admission, film screening, and panel discussion. Cash concessions, cocktails, and mocktails will be available. Net proceeds will be donated to a local women’s charity.
