• Root — the hearth flame. When it burns steady, low-back tension eases, legs feel capable, and money, meals, and emotional backing land where you need them.
• Sacral — the campfire spark. Its warm orange glow invites laughter, pleasure, and a sense that daily life can taste as sweet as dessert.
• Core — the beacon light. This golden center steadies posture and self-worth alike, reminding muscles and mind that you belong and your voice matters.
During our four hours together I translate each flame into simple “yoga-off-the-mat” moves—subtle foot presses, hip pulses, and breath-powered core hugs you can slip into grocery lines, office chairs, or bedtime wind-downs. Every exercise teaches the chakra nerves to gauge the moment and respond: more heat when courage calls, gentle embers when rest is wise.
You’ll leave with:
• a pocket guide that links common signals (tight hips, creative dullness, wavering confidence) to quick resets,
• a felt sense of rooted calm, playful ease, and quiet strength,
