Kick off the New Year by unleashing the LOVING Leader in YOU in our 8-Week Praxis Community led by Jasmine Bellamy. The LOVING Leader is a purpose-driven, evidenced based approach to transforming business and culture from the inside out. This is professional development engineered for people leaders looking to make a real impact on improving employee engagement and mental health, reducing turnover, and maximizing creativity and collaboration.

Inspired by Paulo Freire’s concept of praxis, we combine intentional reflection and action directed toward transformation in both individual and communal contexts, specifically in leadership. This innovative, personalized, and community-centered approach to leadership formation is the perfect place to connect, learn, and grow together with like-minded individuals passionate about leadership and creating positive change.

Each participant will bring a current leadership challenge to the group. Together, we’ll use Jasmine Bellamy's LOVING Leader Framework to co-create a personalized action plan tailored to your unique context. You’ll begin implementing your plan at the end of the very first session, moving beyond theory and into transformative practice.
