You are invited into your own space of trust ~Together we create a sacred sanctuary where we can feel safe to be who we are and connect on a deeper level inside and with others.
We will explore what it means to become fully present with an open heart, to hold space and how to give and receive physical touch in an intuitive and sensitive way from a place of connection to our center and to source.
This is also a beautiful and safe setting to practice sensing and verbalizing your needs and boundaries more precisely.
Allowing emotions to flow and healing to manifest.
The Medicine of Ceremonial Cacao is very supportive in refining our senses and sensitivity as well as allowing us to flow and to let go - becoming present in the body and opening our heart to love.

You are welcome to arrive by yourself or bring your friends/Partners(...), especially if it helps to create a deeper sense of trust that allows for surrendering into physical connection.
- And please bring some vegetarian/vegan food to share in the end 🙂 This has always been a deeply nourishing celebration worth preparing food for.
