We’ll begin with a grounding welcome and a guided meditation designed to help you settle into stillness and connect with the energy of the Solstice. You’ll be invited to light a small candle as a symbol of your chosen intention for the coming season to serve as a quiet reminder of the light you carry, even in the darkest part of the year.

From there, you’ll settle into a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, bronze bowls, chimes, and the gentle resonance of the gong.
