Nearly every person has had their own experience with Alzheimer's. Chuck Knapp saw his in-laws both succumb to it. Seeing the memories seemingly disappear from a loved one's mind is something we wish no one would ever need to experience again.
So, BOB FM is gathering together legends from Twin Cities broadcasting to host a special show from 10a to 3p on Friday, June 19th... The Longest Day... To share some memories and smiles, and do what we love to end Alzheimer's.
Joining the broadcast are these Minnesota Broadcasters Hall of Fame members:

•Chuck Knapp (of KS95’s Knapp & Donuts Show)
Additional guests include Jon Engen (KTIS FM, BOB FM), Cheryl Crofoot Knapp (Award winning author), Dan Hertsgaard (WCCO), Denny Long (WCCO), Jay Philpott (WLOL, KQRS, Love 105), Karla Hult (Award winning journalist, Founder of So Many Goodbyes & KARE 11), Mike McAnally (KOOL 108), Susie Jones (WCCO), and Wayne Pederson (KTIS FM)
