The Longer Table Book Club - Born a Crime

Join us for the very first meeting of The Longer Table Book Club. This book club is a chance to read, talk, and get to know your neighbors. We’ll read a mix of books that explore topics such as history, race, health, mental health, identity, and what it means to belong. Each book will give us a chance to learn something new and hear from people with different life experiences.
We will meet to discuss books quarterly throughout the year.
The book to be discussed on October 6 is Born A Crime by Trevor Noah.
Feel free to bring book suggestions for future meetings.
Future meeting dates: January 19, 2027, April 6, 2027, and June 1, 2027
Sponsored by the Friends of the JHPL.
