The Long Game is a 2-day workshop built for creatives who are tired of guessing, running in circles, or waiting for “luck” to strike.
Across two focused sessions, you’ll learn the mindset, systems, and habits that separate fleeting attention from lasting impact.
Day 1: What It Takes (Mindset + Endurance)
- The daily non-negotiables every artist needs.
- How to endure in the quiet seasons.
- Separating passion from perfectionism.
Day 2: How to Execute (Systems + Discipline)
- Building a sustainable routine + catalog.
- Professional practices that open doors.
- Turning discipline into legacy.

About Osagie
Osagie Osayande is a creative director and artist development coach with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. He’s worked as an A&R, photographer, talent manager, and creative strategist — collaborating with artists at every stage, from newcomers to stars.
Since April 2025, Osagie has built momentum through OsagieSays on TikTok — a daily series breaking down artistry, branding, and longevity. In just five months, his content has reached over 280,000 views, sparked 32,000 likes, and drawn 6,000 profile visits, inspiring a growing community of artists to take themselves seriously and play the long game.
Through his studio, JUST4FUN, Osagie helps creatives bridge ideas and execution. This workshop is an extension of that mission: equipping artists with the discipline, strategy, and clarity needed to build careers that endure.
