The Log & Axle Open returns for its 2nd year and this time it is bigger and better. We are introducing Inters categories for both men and women. So we will have Men's and Women's First timers, Novice,and Inters.We are also changing the Axle deadlift to an Axle Silver Dollar Deadlift. Men will lift from 18 inch, Women will lift 15inch. The log shall remain the same with men using a 13inch log and and women using a 10 inch log. Your highest successful log press and deadlift will be added together to get your total.
We are going to be joined by the mental health charity Together We Lift. They shall be brining their tandem Axle bar for an extra challenge, so find a friend and we shall see who can pull the biggest 2 person deadlift on the day. Mens pairs, and Women's pairs. There will be an extra charge for this challenge with all the proceeds being donated to the charity. The entry for The Log & Axle Open will be £25 per person.
The entry for the Together We Lift tandem deadlift will be £30 per pair
