When Alice took a part-time job as a school librarian to support her dream of becoming a full-time writer, she had no idea what she was stepping into. With no previous experience of working in schools, every day brought new lessons, surprises, and small triumphs. Just as she was beginning to find her feet, lockdown hit — and everything changed.
This is an untold story about a very special school and an unexpected yet delightful development.
