Trek The Cornish CoastlineTwo days hiking stunning beaches and coves
SATURDAY WALK: The Lizard via Kynance Cove
We meet at The Cadgwith Cove Inn and take a scenic stroll southwards along the coastline, which we hit at the amazing Devil's Frying Pan next to Little Cove. Along the route we visit Whale Rock, Hot point and the Lion's Den, before rounding the peninsula and heading north to pass Lizard Point and creep above Pentreath beach, so as not to wake Lion Rock, before discovering the beautiful sores of Kynance Cove.
After spending a little time to soak up the peace and tranquillity of this heavenly place, we are left to circle back inland over the Lizard Downs Nature Reserve and via St Ruan's Well to return to our starting point of Cadgwith.
SUNDAY WALK: Cadgwith to Coverack
Starting out from Cadgwith once more, we head north in the opposite direction to the first day. This day is spent entirely along the beautiful Cornish Coastline, passing Carleon Cove, Kennack Sands, Spernic Cove, Black Head and Dolor Point before reaching our final destination of the small, but stunning Coverack Cove. Designated as both an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an SSSI, one of the most famous geological localities in Cornwall. Simply a dream holiday destination with its crescent shaped beach, sparkling aquamarine waters and bobbing fishing boats.
