• A overview of the evidence for lifestyle medicine including how it improves people's lives and long term health outcomes.
• An introduction to the pillars of lifestyle medicine: sleep, movement, nutrition, connections, managing stress, and purpose.
• An interactive workshop looking at the practicalities of delivering a course including design, recruitment, running a session, collecting data, pitfalls and how to avoid and learn from them.
• Ready-to-use lifestyle medicine “prescriptions” and resources for everyday practice.
• Opportunities to connect with a supportive network of like-minded leaders
