Caldwell County kids aged 4-8 years old can participate with a mentor in our 'Little Showmen' livestock show at the Caldwell County Junior Livestock show on 02/28 after attending this mandatory class and registration event ($10 cash/ per child). Parent/ guardian and child must attend to participate.
Kids will have the opportunity to go in front of a judge with a senior showmen for about 30 minutes to experience what it's like to show a rabbit, lamb, goat or chicken. They will get to talk to their mentor about their projects and what it takes to be in the livestock showing industry.
